The Fashion Design major’s annual creative showcase, the 13th Lachesis Exhibition, supervised by Professor Seo Seung-hee, took place at the Seoul Artists Support Center from December 17 to 19, 2025.
Under the theme “REAL / VIRTUAL / AI — A Virtual Fashion Exhibition,” the exhibition brought together physical garments, virtual exhibition films and AI fashion content to explore the expanding possibilities of contemporary fashion creation.
The exhibition features three modes. “REAL MODE – Pattern Morphology” presents physical works exploring geometric pattern transformations, spiral structures, gathers and draping. These pieces introduce formal experimentation and design development, highlighting the creative possibilities that grow from fundamental fashion construction.
“VIRTUAL MODE – Phantom Closet” presents virtual garments created in digital space. Distinct design languages and imaginative ideas extend beyond physical limits, taking on new forms and sensations through digital media and exploring new ways to express contemporary fashion.
“AI MODE – Log in to the Future: Sustainable Fashion with AI” presents AI-generated runway films exploring sustainability. Combining image-generation technology with fashion imagination, the works visualize new possibilities for fashion creation in the AI era.
The exhibition invited audience participation through online voting and on-site voting for the physical works.
The exhibition ran from December 17 (Wednesday) to December 19 (Friday), 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., in the fifth-floor project room at the Seoul Artists Support Center in Daehangno. Professors Seo Seung-hee, Seo Yu-ra and Sejeong Kang supervised the exhibition. Related videos are available on YouTube.
