SJ Atelier Launches AI Content Crowdfunding for Solo and Small Businesses
On October 30, SJ Atelier, Korea’s first specialist in AI fashion design education led by Sejeong Kang, launches a Wadiz crowdfunding campaign sharing AI content creation know-how for solo businesses, small businesses, independent creators and solo marketers.
Following last year’s AI fashion design crowdfunding campaign, this second project offers practical training and solutions for solo entrepreneurs and small businesses that find AI content creation challenging.
The campaign includes an opportunity to experience an AI brand storytelling automation service. Based on SJ Atelier’s patent-pending technology, the service analyzes a brand’s identity and tone to suggest promotional copy, image keywords and content concepts.
The focus is on making digital branding more efficient for small businesses and independent brands.
“AI’s strength lies in communicating a brand’s story in a human way,” said Sejeong Kang. “This campaign offers practical methods for small businesses with limited people and budgets to create their own content and grow their brands.”
SJ Atelier has delivered AI content production and training in collaboration with public institutions including the Gyeonggido Business & Science Accelerator, Gyeonggi Content Agency and Gyeonggi Job Foundation. Its AI promotional content support for Dankook University Digital Program graduates also provided direct insight into the marketing and content challenges faced by small businesses.
Kang said her hands-on experience delivering AI content work for businesses and public institutions helped her understand their challenges and prepare the campaign. “Our goal is to support practical change and growth through education,” she explained.
SJ Atelier connects education and industry practice through an AI fashion education ecosystem grounded in real work. Its training and design projects for major fashion companies such as K2 Korea, Louis Quatorze and NINETY PLUS demonstrate this practical approach.
SJ Atelier is expanding its educational reach by introducing AI fashion design curricula at major universities, including Sungkyunkwan and Hansung. It also plans to deliver AI textile training through the 2025 Gyeonggi Regional Industry Workforce Development Program organized by the Gyeonggido Business & Science Accelerator.
The Wadiz campaign runs from October 30 to November 18. It is open to solo and small business owners seeking help with brand promotion, creators wanting to produce promotional materials without design training, marketing professionals and freelance designers.
Kang expressed her hope that the campaign would help small businesses and independent brands with limited budgets and staff use AI efficiently, create their own content and grow through ongoing brand storytelling.
